CLASSES OFFERED ARE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS M/W/F classes are LIVE at 9:30 am E.S.T. MOST classes are available OnDemand
CARDIO & STRENGTH: A class full of energy and motivation! Total Body Conditioning and Cardio. Always something differernt. WORKOUTS INCLUDE: weight training, step, stability ball, tabata, HIIT, circuits, bootcamp, boxercise, barre fusion, balance and core work. COMMON SENSE TRAINING ONLY! Effective workouts for ALL fitness levels including options to level up or down. You will build lean muscle, tone, burn body fat and be energized all day. Education-Communication-Movitation! That’s what I do 💕
FULL BODY STRETCH IS AVAILABLE ONLY ‘‘OnDemand’’. This class includes flowing and static stretches focusing on major muscles groups as well as some mobility work to keep our joints ready to go for daily activity. There are always a few classes to choose from.
L - I - T - E : Low Impact Training Exercises. A no jumping, light weight or no weight workout. Equipment used: STABILTY BALL, GLIDERS, PILATES SMALL SQUISHY BALL…..IN OTHER WORDS BE ‘‘HOME-GYM’’ READY! THE RESISTANCE IS LIGHT BUT THE WORKOUT IS INTENSE.
